Information for Kenyan AuPairs
Do you wish to spend a year in Germany or Austria on a AuPair cultural exchange program?
Aupair is an International youth cultural exchange program.
Requirements for eligibility of Kenyan nationals.
1. Must not be under 17 or over 25 Years
2. KCSE Certificate
3. A Goethe Institut certificate Level A1 and above or KCSE German grade B- and above (not older than 4 years) or a degree in German.
4. All candidates MUST obtain a certificate of good conduct from Criminal Investigations Department before they can be allowed to join the Program.

More information about the official AuPair program in Germany can also be obtained by visiting and making enquiries at the German Embassy in Nairobi .
1. 18 - 25 years
2. Certificate in German Language and be able to have a conversation in basic German
3. Austrian host families prefer Aupairs who have previous experience especially in Germany. If you have been an Aupair in Germany and want to Aupair in Austria, please get in touch with us.
4. All certificates must be verified by the Kenyan Ministry of Foreign Affairs
5. Certificate of good conduct from the Criminal Investigations Department is required.

3. Free Medical Insurance for the period you will live with the host family.
4. German Language course in Germany / Austria .
5. Monthly Allowance of Euros 260.
