AuPair is an Inter-Cultural exchange program that enables young people to live with a host family in another country for a specified period. For most countries, the duration that an Aupair can stay with a host family is usually 12 months. In some countries Aupairs are allowed to stay upto 24 months.
Countries that have special Aupair programs have guidelines on the age limit for eligibility, duration of stay in their country as an Aupair and the allowance that the AuPair will be paid by the host family.

Since 2005, Superaupairs was appointed the official East African Representative of the International Aupair Programs.
